Addressing the issues of the economy and the strategies to overcome these, President Barack Obama emphasized the need for unity in a new era of divided government. In this speech, the President addressed his key plans to boost the economy, create jobs and cut spending, and his m ajor endeavor was to persuade the emboldened Republican Party which is deeply skeptical of the President’s plan for economic revival.
